dont i cry all of the time..

i keep thinking about death alot
and dieing
and i find things physically wrong with me that could be signs of death
like sometimes i cant breath
ill find a lump in my neck and think its cancer
or my eyes will be dilated
or ill vomit for no reason
or ill just feel like shit
and try and accept death if it took me then
i dont know why either
like i dont wish to die id ont htink
i just have to fight my thoughts about it
